Climate Reports

The Climate Change Commission is the country’s lead agency for the coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and action plans of the Government relating to climate change. It was created pursuant to Republic Act 9729, otherwise known as the Climate Change Act of 2009. Under this, the Commission is tasked to ensure mainstreaming of climate change, in synergy with disaster risk reduction, into the national, sectoral, and local development plans and programs and oversee the dissemination of information on climate change, local vulnerabilities and risks, relevant laws and protocols and adaptation and mitigation measures, among others.
